Rashod Favors verbally commits to Oklahoma: Oklahoma has reportedly received a verbal commitment from Rashod Favors, a 6-foot-1, 225-pound linebacker from Dunbar High School in Texas. According to Scout.com network Web site SoonersIllustrated.com, Favors said OU defensive coordinator Brent Venables is "looking at me as a hybrid safety. ... As a rover and maybe a linebacker, too." (Tulsa World) Favors is Oklahoma's 23rd verbal commitment of the 2010 class.
