One of the latest college football rankings is out this preseason. College Football News has released their rankings for the 120 bowl eligible teams. The Sooners are ranked at No. 3, the highest ranked Big 12 team, behind USC Trojans at No. 2 and defending BCS champions Florida Gators are No. 1 overall ranked team. Full Rankings
