Jermaine Gresham arrested for failure to pay seatbelt citation: Oklahoma All-Big 12 tight end Jermaine Gresham was arrested by Norman police Monday night on an outstanding warrant issued after he failed to pay a seatbelt citation.Gresham had been issued a citation on Feb. 2. Norman police Lt. Jennifer Newell said Gresham did not pay the ticket and did not appear before authorities to set a court date.After his arrest, Gresham was booked by Norman police.
