Oklahoma Sooner Football Articles and Notes

Former OU recruit Josh Jarboe ruled ineligible: Josh Jarboe, the ex-Oklahoma recruit who was dismissed by Bob Stoops this summer, has been ruled ineligible by the NCAA. Jarboe transferred to Troy in mid-August. His appeal to play this season was denied by the NCAA two weeks ago, the Dothan (Ala.) Eagle reported Monday. Troy plays Oklahoma State Saturday. (Tulsa World)
