David Sims still not enrolled at OU
No arrest made in OU stabbing: As of Tuesday afternoon, no arrests had been made and no charges had been filed, police said. Alexander and Willis underwent minor surgery after the stabbings, according to a police press release Sunday. A Norman Regional Hospital spokesman said Sunday night that Alexander, an 18-year-old freshman defensive end, had been treated and released from the facility. (Tulsa World)
Sims still not enrolled at OU: Defensive coordinator Brent Venables said junior-college safety David Sims has still not finished his academic work at Butte (Calif.) College and thus not able to enroll at OU yet. He'd better hurry. Sims has until the end of the next week to make it to Norman, else he won't be allowed to enroll at OU for this semester and practice with the football team this season. (The Oklahoman)
