Louisiana prep star considering OU: According to Louisiana prep running back Eddie Lacy, some coaches have told him his running style reminds of Adrian Peterson. Interestingly, OU is among a list of elite schools who have offered the Giesmar, La., prospect, along with Alabama, Auburn, Miami, Tennessee, Nebraska, Florida State and others. Lacy, who ran for 1,800 yards and 26 touchdowns as a junior, appears in no hurry to commit. He told Sporting News Today that he'll watch the teams he's considering this season, then make a decision.
