Dominique Franks to start at cornerback: Redshirt freshman Dominique Franks will make his first start at cornerback today, OU coach Bob Stoops said Tuesday. Franks is replacing injured starter Reggie Smith, who is out with a broken toe he suffered in the Big 12 championship game. Franks will also replace Smith as punt returner.
