Nichol gains some mass/muscle: Keith Nichol, who left high school early to enroll at Oklahoma last January, has already packed on 21 pounds thanks to the Sooners' lifting and eating regime. But some things have not changed. The 6-foot-2, 206-pound Nichol is still a quality quarterback Just ask Kevin Wilson, the Sooners' offensive coordinator.
