Proctor Commits to Oklahoma over LSU: OUInsider.com has learned that Pearland, Texas star Sam Proctor has committed to Oklahoma.The 6-foot-1, 200-pound athlete who is expected to play on the defensive side of the ball at Oklahoma, chose the Sooners over LSU and Oklahoma State."On a scale of one to 10, I can definitely rate it a 10.
