Stoops pleased with practice #4: With four practices in the books, head coach Bob Stoops was satisfied with the team's effort on Sunday. "Today was good, the guys were running around, working hard and had a lot of energy," said Stoops following the two-hour and 30 minute practice. "I was very pleased." (SoonerSports.com)
Final open practice in the books: Sunday marked the final time fans or media could attend preseason practice. "There's too much information out there," Stoops said. "Who knows who's watching your practices, or who's videoing them? It's amazing." Asked if he's ever caught a spy in the act, Stoops said: "Oh, sort of. I'm not going into that." (Tulsa World)
