Aggies on Peterson: (Adrian) Peterson, slowed by an injured ankle most of the season, rushed for 146 yards on 24 carries in the Sooners' most recent victory, at Nebraska. Peterson gained 101 hard-fought yards on 29 carries at A&M last season. Jones to return punts? If Jejuan Rankins' nagging ankle injury prevents him from playing Saturday, running back Kejuan Jones will probably return punts, coach Bob Stoops said. Jones has not handled one punt this season, but Stoops said the senior has been catching footballs in practice the last two weeks and looked good doing it. (Dallas Morning News)
