A&M Linebacker will play against Sooners: Linebacker Lee Foliaki's first two practices after returning from a broken arm have gone well, and the senior will play Saturday against Oklahoma, coach Dennis Franchione said Wednesday. Foliaki was injured Oct. 8. (Dallas Morning News)
Jones approached coaches on returning punts: Seeing a need, OU senior tailback Kejuan Jones approached coaches with the idea he could return punts. “I just wanted to go back there and give it a shot,” Jones said. “Actually, last year I worked on kickoff returns and punts a little bit, but I didn’t follow through with it. This year, we’re kind of real low (depth-wise) back there, so I just wanted to do what I can do to make this team better.” (NewsOK.com)
