Sooner Single Game Tickets on Sale Today: The University of Oklahoma enjoys a string of 37 consecutive sellouts at Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, but fans will have a chance to purchase a few remaining tickets for games this fall thanks to returns from visiting teams. The sale of single game tickets for 2005 OU football games will begin Monday, Aug. 1. Internet sales (SoonerSports.com) and phone sales (800-456-GOOU or 405-325-2424) begin at 8 a.m. Sales to walk-up patrons at the ticket office located in the Asp Avenue Parking Facility start at 10 a.m. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to the general public and there is a limit of 10 tickets per purchase. Tickets in pairs are available for games against TCU, Tulsa and Baylor. Single tickets (no two together) are available for games against Kansas State, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State. Former Sooner Linemen Brown signs with Saints: Former Oklahoma offensive tackle Jammal Brown, the New Orleans Saints' top draft pick, agreed to a five-year contract and arrived at the team's training camp Friday. Brown, who played high school football at Lawton MacArthur, was the 13th pick overall and the top offensive lineman taken. The Saints project him as a possible opening day starter.
