Closing Arguments Today: Closing arguments in Darren DeLone's assault trial are set to begin today in Cleveland County District Court. DeLone, 23, is charged with one count of aggravated assault and battery. He is accused of deliberately slamming into a member of the University of Oklahoma's spirit squad before the start of the Cornhuskers' game with the Sooners on Nov. 13. Attorney Garvin Isaacs wrapped up the defense's case Tuesday afternoon with testimony from an OU fan who said he saw Nebraska player Wali Muhammad knocked into RUF/NEKS member Adam Merritt, 19.
