Tri-State Speedway Announces New Opening, Starting Times

POCOLA, Okla. -- Tri-State Speedway has announced new opening and start times that are effective immediately. All times have been moved back 30 minutes.

The new times will be: Pit gates open will now open at 4:30 PM. Grandtands will opon at 5:30. Draw time will end at 6:30 PM. Racing will start at 7:30 PM.

The change was made in order to account for the extended daylight hours and the summer was heat. Also this later start time will also allow the air temperature to be cooler, making the race experience for our patrons more comfortable.

Make sure to check the start times for any special events, including the 10th Annual Super Stock Shootout, presented by Shamrock Bolt & Screw with $4,000 up for grabs to the winner. The Thursday, July 31st, times will remain the same. Friday night, August 1st, start time will move back thirty minutes to 7:30 PM. Saturday night, August 2nd, start time will be moved back to 7 PM.
