MUSKOGEE, Okla. -- OUTLAW MOTOR SPEEDWAY, 8 Miles South of Muskogee, Oklahoma & 11 Miles North of I-40 on HWY 69 - OUTLAW MOTOR SPEEDWAY, 8 Miles South of Muskogee, Oklahoma & 11 Miles North of I-40 on HWY 69 - With a full moon behind him and mele' ahead of him, Glenpool's Jake "the Snake" Kelley stayed his course as he edged Christ Church teammates Muskogee's David Howell and David Whittle in the Economy Modified A-Feature for his third win of the 2006 season. The win moved Kelley into a tie for fourth on the career Economy Modified wins and keeps him in the points lead ahead of Whittle 500-to-449 points.

Kelley took the lead away from Howell, looking for his second in as many weeks, on lap 15 after a caution restart and never looked back.

Terry Cook picked up his second consecutive Pure Stock A-Feature win Saturday night after he held off points leader Muskogee's Bob Lewis and pal Justin Sellars. Cook moves into a sixth place tie in career wins with Lewis, they each have four.

One of Muskogee's finest Tim Sands got back to his winning ways with his third Hobby Stock A-Feature win of the 2006 season and closed the gap on points leader Dale Richardson. Richardson has two wins this season and finished second to Sands Saturday night but still holds the points lead 493-to-472. Last week's winner Doug Ford finished third with Randy Moses II not far behind.

Muskogee's Keg "the Kid" Dobson stole another Modified A-Feature win Saturday night after he slipped past Tahlequah's Jason Teague on a lap 14 caution restart and led the remaining six laps ahead of nemesis Muskogee's Tate Cole for the win. Dobson moves into a three way tie for second on the career Modified wins list with defending points leader Gary Andrews and Chad Wheeler, each with nine wins.
With the win, Dobson closes within 660-to-659 of Andrews.
Cole took the win last week while holding Dobson off and moves up to fourth in the points chase with 542 points. Teague took third on the night ahead of Andrews.
