Dover International Speedway and

America's completed merger with MBNA, which
sponsored
races at Dover
International

1995, and its
commitment to
creating and
sustaining
vibrant
communities,
neighborhood
by

"Our

attract
economic
growth to a
community. *

* Community

communities
through
private
partnerships,

and community
