From NJ TP: Turnpike South, across Delaware Memorial Bridge to US 13 South. From Philadelphia: I-95 South to I-495 South to US 13 South (Exit 1) From Baltimore/WA: US 50/301 East across Bay Bridge, follow US 301 North to MD. 302 East. Turn right on MD 454 at Templeville, which ecomes Del. 8 at the state line and leads into Dover. Turn left on U.S. 13 in Dover. Track is located on east side of US 13, one mile north of downtown across from Delaware State University campus.
