Jay Z Tops Diddy in Money
- Sean "P Diddy" Combs reign
as the highest grossing hip-hop star has came to
an end. According to reports in the
New York Daily News, Diddy's worth is valued at
$315 million dollars, compared to Jay-Z's $320
million. Comb's told the Daily News "I'm just
proud of Jay-Z. I'm happy it's one of my
friends," Combs said at the Audemars Piguet
boutique on E. 57th St. Tuesday as Jay stood by.
"We're gonna trade that No. 1 spot back and
forth. He'll give it back to me next year."
Jay-Z is suprised by the 2005 ranking, telling
the Daily News: "It's all in the plan. I didn't
even expect it this year."

- Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has been ordered to pay
child support, in which could amount to the
largest in New York State history, and he says
he will appeal. Last month, the New York State
Supreme Court's Appellate Division approved a
increase in child support, Combs in which would
pay $21,782 per month to his ex-girlfriend, Misa
Hylton-Brim. Representatives of both Combs and
Hylton-Brim say it's the highest child support
payment in state history. The Bad Boy Executive in
published reports, said it was a attack on his
character, and plans to appeal.

Where's Diddy?
- "Diddy Day" was a dud. Sean "P.
Diddy" Combs was a no-show at an
event scheduled Friday at the
Aladdin hotel-casino. Mayor Oscar
Goodman had been set to proclaim it
"Diddy
Day," but plans
were scrapped at the last minute
when word came that the hip-hop
mogul wouldn't attend. "Due to an
unfortunate miscommunication, I will
not be able to make the anticipated
trip to Las Vegas on April 15,"
Combs said in a statement. "I am
flattered the mayor saw fit to honor
me with a day and hope to join him

child support. Misa Hylton-Brim had been receiving
about $5,500 a month but she wanted
to get as much as Kim Porter, the
mother of Comb's younger son

Diddy" Combs announced Friday the launch of
Sean John Wheels. The 50-50 joint venture
between Combs' Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment
Group and Kansas City's Weld Wheel Industries was
announced at the New York International Auto Show. SJC Wheels will produce and sell "Sean John
Wheels," named for the entertainer. They hit
stores next month, retailing at between $700 and

profits. Columbia Pictures, the studio
behind the Will Smith and Martin Lawrence action
movie, teamed up with Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment
to produce the film's soundtrack, which spawned

Combs' car obsession is so out of control, he's
been forced to sell 150 of his own personalized
vehicles on auction website eBay. Fans of

Oscars and Penguin Trouble
- Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has been announced as a
presenter at the 77th
Annual Academy Awards. The ceremony will held
Sunday at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood and
televised on ABC. "Puff" was the latest
presenter to be added to the lineup, one day
following the announcement of Prince as a
first-time presenter.
Also, P Diddy is
facing the wrath of animal rights
activists after using penguins as props at
a bash he hosted in Miami. PeTA (People
for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has
expressed concern for animals, which were
placed on a floating glass platform in a
hotel swimming pool, saying it was far too

Boy Records Joins Warner
- So it looks like P.Diddy and Warner
Music could be becoming a couple after
all. Days after Combs, reportedly
rejected a Warner Music offer. In a
last minute reversal, Sean 'P.Diddy'
Combs has agreed to sell half of his
Bad Boy Entertainment empire to Edgar
Bronfman Jr.'s Warner Music Group, for
at least $30 million, the NY Daily
News reports. A last minute handshake is said to
have come just days after Combs
rebuffed an offer from Warner Music,
claiming he wanted to retain full
ownership of his company, whose roster
includes, Carl Thomas, Mase, and Combs
himself. Both Diddy and
Warner declined to comment. No papers
have yet been signed, so music
insiders cautioned the deal could

flat with viewers last year, PepsiCo
Inc. scored a touchdown with its
surprising use of Mr. Kressley.
Another Diet Pepsi spot, featuring
Sean "P. Diddy" Combs turning Pepsi
delivery trucks into the newest
bling-bling, also was well received.
"It was really funny because it
slams the culture for hooking into
celebrity power," said Julie Larsen,
a 44-year-old lawyer in Omaha, Neb.
Michelle Reyes, a 25-year-old
student at Northwestern University's
Kellogg School of Management,
watching with about 30 friends and
professors, said the P. Diddy spot

Combs was shopping around his Bad Boy
label. Now NY Daily News
is reporting Combs, has reportedly
turned down a 30 million dollar Warner Music
Group offer. A spokesman for
Combs cited "business, creative and
personal reasons" for Combs's decision
to reject Warner Music's offer. The spokesman added
that Combs has decided to retain full
ownership of his company, whose roster
includes artists like Mase and Carl
Thomas. But another source said,
"there was a disagreement over the
value of the company. The two parties wanted
to be in business with each other but
couldn't come to terms over the value

party generating a lot of buzz.

Paramount Pictures and MTV Films on
developing a heist action-comedy centered
around the Miami Grand Prix for the rapper
to star in and produce. Combs told
Variety: "This will definitely take a page
out of all the great heist movies and
return the favour by having two token
white guys."

could be exiting Universal according to New York
Daily. The rap mogul, is scoping out a new deal
for his record label, Bad Boy Entertainment,
sources told the Daily News. Combs lately
has been making the rounds of the major record
labels. "He's exploring his options," the senior
record exec said. Music giant Universal is lukewarm on renewing
Bad Boy's contract, which expires next year,
sources said. The two sides struck a distribution
deal two years ago reportedly valued at $20
million.

This season's Making the Bad will

Combs judges vocal, dancing and willingness to be

- Rapper P Diddy is
set to star in the latest Diet Pepsi
ad alongside former supermodel Cindy
Crawford and 'Desperate Housewives'
actress Eva Longoria.
The 30-second spot, the first
created by DDB New York since
winning the account from BBDO last
year, features the rapper on his way
to an awards ceremony when his car
breaks down.
Diddy has to hitch a ride to the
awards in a Pepsi truck and as he
pulls up to the red carpet a host of
celebrities, including Crawford and
Longoria, marvel at his "cool"
method of transport. The
ad is due to premiere during the US
Super Bowl on February 6,
traditionally the time when Pepsi

people to get George W. Bush's "ass"
out of the White House, and on Monday
the two finally met face to face - at
the White House.
According to reports, Diddy told the
couple "nice house" before leaving. A
spokesperson for the White House was

Releases Album in March

album march 2005. The album is titled "PD5" and
will be produced by Diddy himself. Not only that
but P. Diddy is also working on yet another
Notorious B.I.G album featuring duets with

Not letting go of acting after his Rasin In The
Sun Debut, P. Diddy is currently doing rehearsals
for his role in the upcoming " Carlito's Way."
