Biggie Smalls Family Sues City of Los Angeles

• The family of Christopher Wallace aka Notorious B.I.G. has filed another wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Los Angeles in connection with the slain rapper's death. The legal papers were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, April 16 by the rappers' mother Voletta Wallace, his singer widow Faith Evans, and his two children. HBO Presends the Second Season of Bad Boys of Comedy

• The nation’s hottest up-and-coming urban comedians take the spotlight when the exclusive HBO series P. DIDDY PRESENTS THE BAD BOYS OF COMEDY kicks off its second season on FRIDAY, APRIL 6 at 12:00a.m. ET/PT. Taped at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York, the six-edition season features rising comedy stars performing before a live audience.

David Beckham Gets Help From Diddy; Diddy the "30 hr. man"

• Bad Boy Sean 'Diddy' Combs has reached out to soccer superstar David Beckham and his wife Victoria aka Posh Spice to help them find a home in Los Angeles, according to Reuters. • Sean Combs recently revealed, he's still tempted by other women. Diddy the boyfriend of four years to Kim Porter, the mother of his nine-year-old son Christian and twin girls D'Lila and Jessie, who were born in December. • Bad Boy Records has announced the upcoming release of the Notorious B.I.G.'s "GREATEST HITS," a 16-track compilation honoring the extraordinary life and career of the late, great hip-hop legend. The album - which features tracks spanning the one-and-only Biggie Smalls's prolific, all-too-brief career, as well as two previously unreleased cuts - drops into stores on March 6th.

Diddy and Snoop at peace with the past

• Diddy and Snoop bury the hatchet, after their bitter rivalry in the 90's. At a press conference in Helsinki, Finland, to kick off their joint tour highlighting 22 European cities, the two have "moved on" from the days of Tupac's and Biggie's deaths. "That was a time in history," Sean Combs said. "We want to entertain, we want to make music, we want to make people feel good," said Combs, CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment. "We ain't no gangsters. • Bad Boy Records' THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G. DUETS: THE FINAL CHAPTER has been certified platinum by the RIAA for U.S. sales of more than one million units. The most eagerly anticipated album in hip-hop history, it was released on December 20th and reigned at #1 on Billboard's Top Rap Albums chart for seven consecutive weeks.

Combs Sued in Post-Oscar fight

• A lawsuit has been filed against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging the music mogul punched and pushed a man and his girlfriend at a Hollywood nightclub. Gerard Rechnitzer is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages in the suit, which was filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Diddy breached UK Name Agreement

• Bad Boy Records CEO Sean Combs has violated previous agreement and trademark case will head to UK court.  BBC writes, US rapper P Diddy has been found in breach of an agreement not to use his "Diddy" alias in the UK - with the matter now going to a full trial. • The two hip-hop moguls, may, align up to create a Comcast Channel... New York Post reports, COMCAST is exploring the creation of an urban-focused channel for its video-on-demand platform, On The Money has learned. That would explain why hip-hop stars Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs, along with Harvey and Bob Weinstein, were spotted at the cable operator's massive Market Street compound in Philadelphia last week.

Suit related to Biggie Smalls Murder dismissed

• A judge threw out a defamation lawsuit by a man who claimed Fox Television and a hip-hop magazine falsely accused him of involvement in the unsolved murder of rapper Notorious B.I.G. A Superior Court judge on Thursday dismissed the suit by Tyruss Himes against Fox-owned KTTV-TV in Los Angeles and XXL magazine on grounds that the stories were constitutionally protected free speech.

Diddy Denied Entry to Party

• Sean "Diddy" Combs has slammed reports he was verbally abusive after being denied entry into a Golden Globe Awards after-party on Monday night. The hip-hop mogul arrived with his entourage at the Sunset Tower Hotel at a party hosted by members of Hollywood's Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and according to one witness, was verbally hostile towards hotel security when he was told his name was not on the guest list.

• The Bad Boy mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs could be on his way to testify in a Detroit courtroom. "A string of high-profile music stars including SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS, MARIAH CAREY and SHAWN 'JAY-Z' CARTER could be hauled before a US court to testify on behalf of their jeweller.

• The deputy chief also was accused in the lawsuit of having sexual relations with another female officer.  Christle's attorney, Bradley Gage of Los Angeles, says his client was also retaliated against for alleging that Berkow and department personnel confiscated her computer containing critical information about the internal affairs investigation of the Notorious B.I.G. murder case.
