Yung Joc Shoe Pitchman

Rockport Co. has hired Yung Joc to pitch the new
shoe line "The Established 1971"... The Rockport
Co. has recruited a posse of pitchmen for a new
ad campaign that includes Yung Joc. Joc, who is
a a practitioner of what the Canton cobbler
calls "a fresh, hip-hop prep style," will join
R&B singer Lyfe Jennings, actor Wood Harris, and
MTV host and all-round trendsetter Coltrane
Curtis to promote a shoe line titled "The
Established 1971" collection, said Rockport,
which designs and markets comfort footwear,
apparel, and accessories.
Biggie's Fashion Line..
Notorious
Notorious B.I.G. mother,
Voletta Wallace, will debut her late son's
fashion line at the MAGIC Marketplace, a fashion
trade event in Las Vegas....
Euroweb.com writes, Dubbed Notorious, the
collection features apparel for men, young men
and boys, all inspired by the culture,
lifestyle, and diversity of the late-rapper’s
Brooklyn hometown. “We are excited to launch the
collection at MAGIC. The spring collection has
been well received by the stylists,
trendsetters, and celebrities that have had the
opportunity to see the line. There have been
many positive comments about the bold, vivid
color schemes and innovative graphics,” says
Rick Edwards, the line’s Director of Marketing.
No Wedding Bells for Diddy
While Sean "Diddy" Combs
may have found his love, girlfriend, Kim Porter.
The mother of his two twin daughters, Jessie
James and D'Lila Star born nearly two months
ago. The Diddy, says, he would "love to get
married" he "isn't ready just yet. "He adds, "I
don't want to get married and fail." Kudos to
Diddy for only wanting to get married once..

Ringtones of 2006
It was announced recently
the top real music and polyphonic ringtone
downloads for calendar year 2006. The Bad Boy
South/Block Entertainment, artist Yung Joc's "Goin'
Down" came in at #4. Only behind TI in #3,
Hinder's "Lip of an Angel" at #2 and 2006 Real
Music #1 Ringtone "Ridin" by Chamillionaire.
