May 21, 2005 – Sean "P Diddy" Comb's
urban clothing line, Sean John, Inc has been named
in a Federal suit for alleged violation of sex
harassment.
Chanel Gaither has claimed that a colleague
called Sloan Macedo was relentless in his attempts
to talk to her, and he often resorted to crude
conversation.
According to published reports, Macedo made
lude comments to Gaither. "My wife and I love
[expletive] ... I got some in the backyard last
night," "She was a freak -- who probably has a
leather mask and whip" and "Are you going to have
a quickie today?"
Although, Combs not named in the Federal brief
filed, if claims happen to be true his Bad Boy
Empire will have to pay up.
Combs responded in a statement: "Sean John and
Bad Boy have a zero tolerance policy against
sexual harassment and have procedures in place to
address such claims."
