Music, Fashion and Now Fragrance, Sean 'Diddy' Combs Receives a FiFi Award

At the 35th Annual FiFi(R) Awards hosted by The Fragrance Foundation in the Winter Garden at The World Financial Center in New York City, Sean John's blockbuster Unforgivable was named Fragrance of The Year in the Men's Luxe category (in a tie with Terre d'Hermes).

Sean "Diddy" Combs accepted the prestigious award with honors stating that the fragrance was "something special ... it was passionate, sleek, sexy and very unique. We took a lot of chances, an unconventional path, with our approach to launching Unforgivable and we've been so blessed with success."

The fragrance shot to No.1 in the US, becoming the top fragrance launch of 2006, according to NPD Group. In addition to the FiFi, Unforgivable boasts several awards including the 2007 CEW Award for Best Men's Launch of 2006 and the 2006 Women's Wear Daily Beauty Biz Award for Best Launch Execution.

Winning this award not only celebrates this one-of-a-kind scent, but also that Sean "Diddy" Combs himself is one of the first African Americans to win a FiFi Award. For Unforgivable to be nominated in a category with such leaders and to be chosen as a winner is an honor. His presence brought a taste of the Sean John lifestyle to the awards, a little bit of swagger and a whole lot of bravado. Currently Unforgivable by Sean John is available in: United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Middle East, Hungary, South Africa, Switzerland and Venezuela. By end of year 2007, the Unforgivable fragrance will also be launching in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Malaysia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Spain and Poland.
