Diddy Briefly:
Diddy to testify, and Combs named in celebrity
suit
Diddy May Testify: The Bad Boy mogul Sean
'Diddy' Combs could be on his way to testify in a
Detroit courtroom.
"A string of high-profile music stars including
SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS, MARIAH CAREY and SHAWN 'JAY-Z'
CARTER could be hauled before a US court to
testify on behalf of their jeweller. Jeweller to
the stars JACOB ARABOV is accused of accepting
cash for jewellery from the members of the Black
Mafia Family (BMF) - a Detroit-based drug ring
that moved millions of dollars in narcotics - and
then failing to file the proper tax forms in a bid
to conceal the illegal source of the money.
PageSix.com reports the music stars, as well as
England soccer hero DAVID BECKHAM, are named by
Arabov in a sealed submission to a US judge in
Detroit, Michigan as defence witnesses." (From

Diddy Named in Celebrity lawsuit:
Looks like, Diddy is among the celebrities sued by
Detroit producer Slikkfordays (aka real name
Jerome Almon), for racial profiling in a $900
million lawsuit.
From:
BallerStatus "Detroit producer
Slikkfordays filed a $900 million lawsuit on
Friday (January 12) against two former Liberal
Cabinet members and dozens of Canadian border
patrol guards for racially profiling him while
crossing the border into Canada.
The 41-year-old rap producer (real name: Jerome
Almon) was reported harassed more than 100 times
during his many trips across the border, and plans
to summon various A-list celebs as witnesses --
including Oprah Winfrey, 50 Cent, Colin Powell,
Jay-Z and Diddy, among others -- during his trial.
"The connection is that I'm not playing fair. They
played dirty with me, so I'm playing dirty," Almon
told the National Post recently. " |
