The rapper-designer hasn't been feeling well, his rep tells me, and his fever at one point reached a dangerously high 105 degrees.Remarkably, Combs hasn't let his illness get in the way of business. While I hear Combs canceled a shoot he was supposed to do yesterday morning in New York City for a Macy's commercial, his rep insists it eventually happened late last night.
