The two supposedly yelled at Gibson, while Bivins allegedly grabbed her, Combs allegedly threatened to throw a chair at Gibson. In a report by allhiphop.com, Bad Boy CEO and 'Vote or Die' organizer Sean "Diddy" Combs with others, including Jay-Z, Alicia Keys were secretly surveillance by NYPD months prior to the Republican National Convention in 2004.
"These documents paint a picture of a surveillance program that was broad, clumsy, and often unlawful," said Donna Lieberman, NYCLU Executive Director. "The NYPD failed to differentiate between unlawful behavior and behavior that is not only lawful but should in fact be cherished and protected. Today the public can finally bear witness to that failure."

 Reports are hip-hop entertainer and Bad Boy CEO, Sean "Diddy" Combs or artist, also known as P. Diddy in the UK. Is reportedly in the line-up of artist paying tribute to Princess Diana, on the 10th anniversary on what would have been Diana's 46th birthday. Combs will be joined by Elton John, Duran Duran, Kanye West, James Morrison and others. The concert will be held at London's Wembley stadium July 1st and broadcasted internationally.
